I’m Chris Jungman (pronounced “Young-Man”), and real estate isn’t just my profession, it’s my passion. Born and raised in Summit County Colorado, I bring a confident, grounded presence to every transaction. As co-founder of CL Group, and the owner of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices office in Boulder, I blend old school customer service with cutting edge marketing to ensure your property stands out. Whether I’m negotiating on your behalf or analyzing market trends, my goal is always the same: deliver results you can trust, with a level of personal care you deserve.
Outside of the office, you’ll find me watching my children play competitive sports, volunteering with Scouts BSA, working out, chasing the next great outdoor adventure, or relaxing with friends over a glass of whiskey. My proudest professional milestone was purchasing my first investment property at 21 while attending CU Boulder. I didn’t know it at the time, but this single event was the catalyst that started me on my career path. Balancing work and family is my biggest challenge, but I wouldn’t trade it.
My inspiration comes from those who thrive in every area of life, and I’m committed to bringing that same energy and integrity to your real estate journey.
Linda Sirnes
I’m Linda Sirnes (pronounced Sear Ness), and I believe that real estate should feel as seamless as it is strategic. With an MBA in Marketing and Management from the University of Connecticut, I bring a results-driven mindset and creative energy to every client experience, whether I’m launching a high-impact social media campaign or preparing a home to shine on day one.
Before real estate, my foundation in customer service was built early. Working through high school and college as a front desk manager at Hilton Hotels taught me how to anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and leave people smiling.
Outside of the office, you’ll usually find me cheering on my two boys at their many sporting events: hockey, soccer, cross country, and golf. You can’t exactly yell during a golf match, but hockey in next level.
My perfect day starts with coffee in hand and a quiet moment at home, catching the sunrise with my family, and ends in one of Colorado’s vibrant downtown scenes. Whether it’s the culinary creativity of Rosetta Hall in Boulder or the locally sourced, carefully crafted menu at The Roost in Longmont, both places offer great conversation, delicious food, and a modern vibe that makes you want to stay a little longer.
